Photographs and images have been around for many
years. However, until quite recently all pictures
were taken using film, which was then developed and
printed onto photographic paper. Film is still used
but digital
pictures are now very common.

Changing images
Changing images used to be a long and tortuous
process. It involved lots of manual cutting and
pasting of individual
elements using knives and glue. Art work and imaging
software has changed all of that and now many
people who know what they are doing are able to
change images to suit their own purposes. |
What does this unit do?
This unit will show you the techniques used
to alter images and then give you the opportunity
to create your own poster using these techniques. |
